To access your email account, your email software needs to be configured with the following mail settings:

Incoming (POP3) mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
*Use the default 110 port for the incoming server (pop3) and don’t encrypt

Outgoing (SMTP) mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
*Set the outgoing mail server port to 465 and use ssl encription

Username: Your full email address (e.g. username@yourdomain.com)

Password: Your email password
* Use the same logon information for both the outgoing incoming mail

Advanced: Uncheck the  “leave copy of message on the server”
